Our Schedule

 

Strength Day

  • When: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

  • Focus: Total Body Strength Training. Emphasis on building muscle and core strength and power

  • Tools: Free weights, Dumbbells. kettlebells, sleds and more.

 

Speed School

When: TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY

  • Focus: Building athletic speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness.

  • Tools: Speed ladders, Vertimax units, Cones and more.

Cross Training Day

When: TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY*

  • Focus: Strength, Core and Cardio Training. Emphasis on building muscle and cardio endurance.

  • Tools: Medicine Balls, versa climber, battle Ropes, high speed treadmills and more.
