Our Tactical Adult Strength and Collegiate /Pro Performance Programs are built for ANYONE looking to increase or maintain their physical fitness and performance. Tactical Adult Strength Training

Strength workout focused on total body strength using free weights, resistance training, self powered treadmills, Versa Climbers and more to create strength/conditioning while aiding in building a performance mindset.

Collegiate / Pro

Training for collegiate & pro athletes that is geared towards creating strength, power, stability, mobility and core strength.

This performance training program focuses on building the complete athlete skill set that transfers to competition.

THE TACTICAL ADULT STRENGTH & COLLEGIATE/PRO Sessions

  • Strength Days

    Strength Training Days” target the whole body (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). There are Four Stations and at each station, the exercises will be in a “superset” format. We focus on making sure there are movements representing the entire body on strength days. There is a Finisher which will includes a core movement and a cardio exercise at the conclusion of each Strength Day Session.

  • Cross Training Days

    On “Cross-Training” days, there are Four Stations with each including a Strength movement, a Core movement, and a Cardio exercise, all supersets (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday). There is more of a focus on the cardiorespiratory system on this type of training day.

  • The Alpha Legion

    The Alpha Legion Program is a Competitive Fitness/Exercise Event for Adults.  This program is a gauntlet of 12 exercises performed as a workout for time. The challenge is to complete this workout in the most as fast as possible (Click here for more info on the Alpha Legion Program)

     

Pricing

Take as many Tactical Adult Strength and Collegiate / Pro classes as you’d like per month. Includes two Alpha Recovery Lounge Recovery Sessions per month. Available option to sign up for additional 30 minute1-on-1 training session at an additional cost.

  • $150 Per Month for a single month (unlimited classes)

  • $130 Per Month (unlimited classes, 3 Month minimum)

  • $150 10-Session Pass (10 session pass expires 60-days from purchase)

  • $270 20-Session Pass (20 session pass expires 60-days from purchase)
