Specifically for boys and girls in grades 5–7 to build a strong foundation for future athletic success using various methods of training along with cutting edge technology while focusing on building: Competitive Mindset, Strength & Power, Explosiveness, Speed, Agility & Quickness.

Our goal is simple — prepare young athletes by teaching proper movement mechanics, safe training habits, and the skills needed to excel as they grow into competitive sports.

These are small group training sessions we are offering designed to help young players develop:

  • Strength and Power

  • Speed, Agility and Quickness

  • Explosiveness

  • Conditioning

  • Mental Toughness and Focus

Designed for the athlete to enhance their performance in their sport. Our Youth Program focuses on:

Fundamental athletic movement

Building total-body strength

Improving coordination, balance & body control

Develop confidence & long-term athletic ability
