Standardized workout plans Monday/Wednesday/Friday is Total Body Athletic Strength Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday is Explosive, Plyometric, Isometric, Ballistic Athletic Movements
Equipment Needed Best results with weight room/commercial gym access. Recommended equipment:
• Barbell + plates
• Trap bar (preferred)
• Squat rack
• Bench
• Dumbbells/Kettlebells
• Medicine balls
• Sprint space (10–20 yards)
• Sled (optional)
